Our Team
Jimmy founded Garde Solutions in 2014 after spending over a decade leading insurance and extended protection programs at Caterpillar, including three years based in Singapore, as Managing Director for Asia Pacific.At Caterpillar, he designed and launched extended service contract and equipment insurance programs across China, Southeast Asia, and India - navigating complex regulatory frameworks in markets where insurance carried cultural stigma.His work spans warranty program design, captive insurance structures, actuarial analysis, and risk platform governance across the global heavy equipment ecosystem. Before Garde Solutions, Jimmy was Vice President of Claims for Cat Insurance Services and served as an officer of Caterpillar’s property & casualty insurance company.

Curiosity. Persistence. A genuine fascination with howthings work - whether it’s the mechanics of heavy equipment or the architecture of riskmanagement platforms.
Janna oversees operational execution across Garde’s partner programs, managing implementation and administration of captive insurance structures, extended protection programs, and enterprise risk initiatives.She works directly with partner leadership teams to coordinate financial reporting, compliance processes, and operational management - ensuring that strategic plans become disciplined operational reality. Before joining Garde Solutions, Janna held leadership roles as Accounting Manager, HRManager, and Director of Operations at a growing technology company, bringing expertise in financial management and organizational operations.Education: Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accounting from Lipscomb University
